These terms and conditions apply to the use of the fancy bets platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the site, you are considered to have read and fully accepted these terms.

• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

Fancy bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled during an active wagering process, any associated winnings may be adjusted accordingly.

All games on fancy bets are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified through independent third-party audits. Game outcomes are determined entirely automatically and randomly, with no human intervention.

For Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, Fancy Bets' settlement policy for Fancy Bets wagers will apply.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will be paid out accordingly.

If the outcome of any game is called into question due to a technical error or system failure, Fancy Bets reserves the right to void that round and refund all bets. This decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fancy bets and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage" betting solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Match fixing or betting using inside information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their personal information.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.

Fancy Bets takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every member to play for entertainment, not find themselves in difficulty. To support this, we provide the following tools:

• Weekly/Monthly Bet Limit: Keep your total betting volume within set limits at any given time.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no evidence of a terms violation, that balance will be refunded.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the option to close your account.
